Cycling: Hit our scenic paths for a leisurely ride or a bit of a challenge on our range of handcycles. A ride up to Long Reef Headland or lap of the picturesque Narrabeen Lake never disappoints.
Adapted Mountain Biking: Tackle the rugged bushland tracks with our range of adapted mountain bikes.
Bush Exploring: There’s nothing like the great Aussie bush! Join us for a bush exploring adventure and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Guringai country.
X8 Adventures: Crank up the excitement with our X8 Adventures. These all-terrain wheelchairs are a game changer, letting you conquer trails and beaches that were once off-limits.
Fishing: Relax by the water and cast a line. Our accessible fishing spots are perfect for a peaceful day out or for landing the big one.
Tennis: Serve up some fun at Collaroy Tennis Club with the support of a coach from Evolve Tennis Academy.
Both in the water and on the water, our recreation team have got you covered. There’s so much to experience during a stay at Sargood on Collaroy.
Ocean Pool Swimming: Located at the southern end of Collaroy Beach, the rockpool almost wraps itself around the headland with a wheelchair accessible ramp into the water. You can swim laps or simply relax in the water, enjoying the stunning views up and down the coast of Collaroy and Narrabeen Beach.
Kayaking: Join us on a kayaking trip on the stunning Narrabeen Lakes. If you are feeling confident you may even like to bring along a fishing rod and try your luck. We have a range of adaptive kayaks and a custom trailer with a hoist to support easy transfers.
Snorkelling: Experience the famous Cabbage Tree Bay Marine Sanctuary, there’s loads of fish and you may even encounter the famous blue groper.
Sailing: Supported by Sailability, you’ll sail from Manly Yacht Club and use the expanses of Manly Cove and North Harbour, part of the magnificent Sydney Harbour
Adapted Surfing: This is it, come surfing with us on our local break “The Kick” right out the front. This right hand point break is perfect for adaptive surfing.
